Provision Of Financial Assistance

Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce the financial assistance provided by UEM Sunrise's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nusajaya Rise Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company (previously undertaken by UEM Land Berhad) for the quarter ended 31 March 2025. The details are set out in the attachment.
