Media Release - UEM Sunrise And Guocoland Ink First Js-Sez MOU Between Malaysia And Singapore Private Companies

We attach herewith our media release dated 27 February 2025 entitled "UEM Sunrise and GuocoLand ink first JS-SEZ MoU between Malaysia and Singapore private companies". UEM Sunrise and Singapore-based real estate group GuocoLand Limited ("GuocoLand") signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") today to jointly develop the Company's selected landbank in Iskandar Puteri, the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone's ("JS-SEZ") Flagship Zone B.

None of the Directors and major shareholders of UEM Sunrise and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the proposed MoU.
