Resignation Of Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") Of UEM Sunrise

The Board of Directors ("Board") of UEM Sunrise wishes to announce that En Sufian Abdullah, the CEO of the Company has given notice of his resignation on 29 November 2024, in order to pursue other opportunities.

The resignation of En Sufian Abdullah will take effect on 28 February 2025.  To ensure continued management of UEM Sunrise's business and operations, a transition plan will be executed for smooth handover of responsibilities.  For this, the Board has named En Hafizuddin Sulaiman, the Chief Financial Officer of UEM Sunrise as the "Officer In Charge" ("OIC").
